A life long resident of Riverside County, Kevin Cozad graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelors and masters degree in engineering. After starting his career as a project engineer with EMWD, Kevin then moved on to establish his own firm in 1977, specializing in civil engineering and surveying. Over the years the company has expanded into structural, municipal consulting, water resources and transportation.

In 1989, Brian Fox joined the firm as a civil engineer and land surveyor. Brian also graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelors and masters degree in engineering.

Over the last 32 years Cozad & Fox, Inc. has provided services to the private sector and to a wide range of municipal agencies, including continually working for Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD), Riverside County Transportation Department (RCTD) and other cities and agencies in Riverside County. Recently, Cozad & Fox, Inc. has opened an office in the desert region of Indio.
